Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient who was enrolled and signed consent to CMU-ACS registry 2. Adults aged 20 years or older are diagnosed with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) based on conventional diagnostic criteria, as documented in the CMU ACS Registry, and who have experienced major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE). 3. A clearly written date of MACE so that it can be linked to daily PM2.5 data. 4. The residential address or location at the time of the ACS incident can be found so that it can be linked to the PM2.5 monitoring site or area-level exposure.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients not recorded in the CMU ACS Registry. 2. Patients who relocated or resided in areas where PM2.5 exposure cannot be accurately assessed/estimated.
