Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Body Mass Index within the normal range of 18.5 to 24.9 kg/m2 2. Engaging in at least moderate intensity physical activity 150 minutes or more per week 3. No previous history of surgery on the spine, hip, knee, or ankle 4. Free from any severe underlying diseases including cardiovascular, respiratory, or neurological disorders 5. Not currently taking any blood glucose lowering or lipid lowering medications 6. No known allergy to cow milk or dairy products 7. No history of irritable bowel syndrome or lactose intolerance
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Experiencing musculoskeletal joint or muscle pain 2. Having injuries that prevent exercising or experiencing adverse events after exercise 3. Later identification of digestive problems or irritable bowel syndrome 4. Failing to meet the acceptable score on the cardiovascular risk assessment 5. Being identified as having health risks for exercise based on the PAR-Q plus assessment 6. Unable to participate on the scheduled dates 7. Taking other dietary supplements within two weeks prior to the study
