Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Data of sputum specimens from all patients suspected of pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) submitted for diagnosis using the GeneXpert MTB/RIF method at Phrapokklao Hospital between 2019 and 2025

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Data from specimen types other than sputum. 2.Incomplete data or results reported as Error or Invalid by the GeneXpert system
