20 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary knee osteoarthritis 2. Undergoing unilateral TKA 3. Pre-operative ROM within 0-10o of extension and more than 120 degrees of knee of flexion 4. No prior surgical intervention on the knee designated for study 5. Operated on using a mechanical alignment technique 6. Patellar resurfacing performed during surgery. 7. Same preoperative and postoperative posterior condylar offset, patella thickness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of infection involving the index knee joint 2. History of significant trauma to the knee designated for study 3. Consent denial
