Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: To be included in the study, a case must meet all of the following: 1. Timeframe: Emergency dispatches occurring between September 1, 2025, and February 28, 2026. 2. Severity: High-acuity cases classified as Code Red or life-threatening emergencies (major trauma, STEMI, stroke) included Code Yellow that Chonburi 1669 assigned cases to Luntom EMS. 3. Geography: Incidents occurring within the designated regional service boundary of Queen Savang Vadhana Memorial Hospital. 4. Data Completeness: Records must contain coordinates for the scene and a complete timestamp log (dispatch time, en route time, and arrival time).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases will be excluded if they meet any of the following: 1. Low acuity: Non-emergency transfers or Code Green cases where rapid response time is not a primary clinical determinant of survival. 2. Cancelled missions: Calls where the ambulance was cancelled en route or the patient was not found at the scene. 3. Data Errors: Records with missing timestamps, illogical time entries (arrival time before dispatch time), or corrupted coordinate data. 4. Inter-facility Transfers: Hospital-to-hospital transfers are excluded to focus specifically on primary scene response. 5. Mass casualty incidents
