Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) according to GOLD criteria and receiving care at the Department of Internal Medicine, Rajavithi Hospital. 2. Age 18 years or older. Willing and able to provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Ocular diseases that may affect visual pathway conduction or image quality, such as glaucoma, optic neuropathy, or retinal disease. 2. Comorbid conditions that may affect VEP results, such as multiple sclerosis, stroke, or severe head injury. 3. Conditions preventing adequate VEP examination, such as inability to lie flat or sit still, inability to cooperate, or inability to follow instructions. 4. Incomplete or poor-quality VEP results. 5. Inability to cooperate with the examination.
