18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy Malaysian ladies of reproductive age who came for only Implanon NXT insertion, used it only for contraception and were not on any other analgesics during the study period were eligible for inclusion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Foreign ladies, ladies who came for Implanon NXT removal and insertion during the same session, ladies who intended to use it for reasons other than contraception, and ladies who were allergic to any of the study drugs, had chronic kidney disease or ischemic heart disease.
