Initiated with epinephrine (1:1,000
20 mL) diluted in 1,000 mL normal saline (final concentration 1:50,000) at a free-flow rate of 20 mL/min and then after off traction for 4 hours, maintained at a concentration of 1:100,000. ,only norm

Age
50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age more than fifty years and prostate volume thirty to eighty grams measured by transrectal or transabdominal ultrasonography, CT, or MRI.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. prostate cancer 2. neurogenic bladder 3. bladder neck contracture 4. history of stroke 5. uncontrolled hypertension 6. ischemic heart disease 7. use of anticoagulant or antiplatelet agents 8. anemia (hematocrit less than twenty five percents) 9. urological surgery within the preceding 3 months 10. known epinephrine allergy 11. refusal to participate
