Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Both gender male and female 2. children age 1-12 year 3.patient undergoing laparotomy via transverse abdominal incision either elective or emergency
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Children with preexisting abdominal wall infection. 2.children with compromised immune status or those on long term immunotherapy drugs 3.children with Associated anomaly, muscular dystrophy
