Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 20 years 2. Diabetes 3. CKD stage 3b-4 4. BMI equal or more than 23 kg/m2 5. UACR equal or more than 300 mg/gCr 6. HbA1C <8.5% within 3 months 7. Stable dose of ACEI/ARB, SGLT2i, and nsMRA within 3 months 8. No use of GLP1-RA within 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Active infection 2. Advanced malignancy 3. Advanced liver disease 4. Use of sulfonylurea, short or intermediated-acting insulins 5. History of serious hypoglycemic symptoms 6. Low muscle mass: ASMI <7 in male and <5.7 in female
