18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants aged between 18 and 70 years. 2. Ability to read and understand Thai fluently. 3. No history of chronic diseases. 4. No use of sedative drugs within three months before participation and throughout the study period. 5. Ability to attend all experiment sessions at the Faculty of Medical Sciences Naresuan University.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with visual impairments such as blindness or cataracts. 2. Participants with hearing impairments. 3. History of cardiovascular diseases. 4. History of claustrophobia. 5. Physical or physiological limitations that prevent the use of EEG and EKG devices. 6. Individuals who do not wish to participate or withdraw their consent.

MeasureTime frame
Heart Rate Variability (HRV) 25 minutes total: Baseline (10 mins), During sound exposure (10 mins), and After sound exposure (5 mins). Standard deviation of NN intervals (SDNN) and Root mean square of successive differences (RMSSD) measured by a physiological monitoring system.,Electroencephalogram (EEG) 25 minutes total: Baseline (10 mins), During sound exposure (10 mins), and After sound exposure (5 mins). Power Spectral Density of Alpha and Beta brainwaves measured via an EEG headset or recording system.,Anxiety score change Measured twice for each session: immediately before starting the 10 minute sound exposure and immediately after the session ends. Difference between pre and post test scores using STAI Form Y1. Scores range from 20 to 80. Higher scores mean more anxiety. Comparison shows the impact of sound.
