Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-80 years. 2. First-time diagnosis of Bell's palsy by a physician within 30 days of symptom onset. 3. House-Brackmann grade 4-6. 4. Ability to attend standard physiotherapy sessions twice weekly for five consecutive weeks as an outpatient. 5. Ability to follow therapist instructions for home facial exercises. 6. No other neurological disorders affecting communication.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Facial palsy due to causes other than idiopathic Bell's palsy (e.g., tumor, infection, or trauma). 2. Inability to use the LINE mobile application via smartphone. 3. Inability to perform or manage home facial exercises independently.
