Interventions

Recieve Selenium supplement 200 mcg daily and taking herbal sauna 2 days a week,Take a sauna alone

20 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female. 2.Thai ethnicity and Thai nationality. 3.Age 20 to 55 years (age range with the same recommended daily selenium intake). 4. Able to read and write Thai. 5.History of a blood test showing abnormal level of at least one blood lipid type (e.g., total cholesterol, triglyceride, LDL c, or HDL c)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of other serious communicable diseases or chronic conditions unrelated to dyslipidemia, such as skin diseases or respiratory diseases. 2.Abnormalities or diseases related to the gastrointestinal system. 3.History of allergy to any type of food. 4.Participants currently taking herbal products or any dietary supplements. 5.Pregnant or breastfeeding women. Withdrawal criterion, participants who withdraw or discontinue participation before completing the study
