Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH) based on clinical history and physical examination and/or additional radiographic investigations demonstrating hip subluxation and/or complete hip dislocation. 2. Patients aged at least 18 months at the time of diagnosis of developmental dysplasia of the hip. 3. Patients who underwent open reduction surgery to restore the hip joint. 4. Patients with radiographic evaluations from pre-treatment through at least 5 years post treatment follow up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with complete hip dislocation caused by conditions other than developmental dysplasia of the hip. 2. Patients treated with non-operative reduction combined with hip spica casting. 3. Patients who decline or do not consent to participate in the study.
