Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Non-pregnant asymptomatic women under the age of 25 years who attended the Siriraj Family Planning Clinic

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal vaginal discharge 2. Pregnancy 3. Denied for per vaginal (PV) examination
