| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| HPV-attributable fractions in OPC Single timepoint Proportion of OPC cases classified as HPV-attributable, defined by positivity for both HPV DNA testing and p16INK4a IHC | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Distribution of HPV genotypes Single timepoint Proportion of each HPV genotype among HPV-attributable cases, determined using a validated HPV DNA genotyping assay,Characteristics of patients included in the study Single timepoint Collection of information from medical records | — |
