Patients with knee osteoarthritis Knee osteoarthritis, aquatic neuromuscular exercise

Interventions

The aquatic neuromuscular programs will adapt the neuromuscular exercises to incorporate specific hydrodynamic principles. The prescribed exercise volume will consist of 1 to 2 sets of 5 to 15 repetit

50 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants will be aged 50 years or older and will have been diagnosed with KOA by a physician. During the prior week, they will be required to report experiencing pain levels between 3 and 6 out of 10 during walking.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants will be excluded from this study if they have the following criteria: 1. Body Mass Index (BMI) over 35 kilograms per square meter 2. Inability to communicate 3. History of lower limb surgery within the past 6 months Participants will be excluded from the ANE group if they have the following criteria: 1. Height less than 150 centimeter 2. - Aquaphobia (fear of water)
