Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants will be aged 50 years or older and will have been diagnosed with KOA by a physician. During the prior week, they will be required to report experiencing pain levels between 3 and 6 out of 10 during walking.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants will be excluded from this study if they have the following criteria: 1. Body Mass Index (BMI) over 35 kilograms per square meter 2. Inability to communicate 3. History of lower limb surgery within the past 6 months Participants will be excluded from the ANE group if they have the following criteria: 1. Height less than 150 centimeter 2. - Aquaphobia (fear of water)
