Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients aged 18 years or older. 2 Histologically confirmed head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. 3 Unresectable disease. 4 Treated with definitive concurrent chemoradiotherapy with cisplatin-based chemotherapy. 5 Pretreatment staging performed using CT or MR
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Previous radiotherapy. 2 Chemotherapy prior to concurrent chemoradiotherapy. 3 Distant metastasis at initial staging
