Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patients with arthroscopic ACL reconstruction with hamstring graft 2. Age 18-50 year-old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who had previously undergone surgery on the same knee with anterior cruciate ligament ACL rupture. 2. Patients with a history of injury to the contralateral lower limb. 3. Patients with injuries to other muscles or tendons in addition to the ACL diagnosed intraoperatively, including meniscal injuries requiring treatment other than meniscectomy or articular cartilage injuries requiring treatment other than debridement. 4. Patients who required additional surgical intervention due to postoperative complications such as infection. 5. Patients with underlying conditions affecting blood circulation including: 5.1 Deep vein thrombosis DVT or risk of DVT defined as a Wells criteria score greater than or equal to 1. 5.2 Peripheral arterial disease defined as a history of calf or leg pain during prolonged walking or walking uphill intermittent claudication. 5.3 Chronic venous insufficiency. 5.4 Skin lesions at the limb where the tourniquet would be applied.
