45 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Research participants include postmenopausal women who have postmenopausal genitourinary syndrome and have a Most bothersome symptoms score of 1 to 2 for any symptom, receiving services at the menopause clinic 2.Able to read and understand Thai 3.Aged 45 to 70 years 4.Have a history of amenorrhea for more than 12 months since the last menstrual period 5.Have a history of symptoms related to vaginal dryness, such as itching, redness, burning, irritation, swelling, pain during sexual intercourse, etc. Intend to use vaginal moisturizer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Treated with hormones to manage menopausal symptoms 2.History of allergy to components of vaginal moisturizers 3.History of using hormones or vaginal moisturizers within the past 30 days 4.Presence of reproductive organ infections 5.History of abnormal cells found from cervical cancer screening within the past year 6.Underlying hormonal disorders or conditions that may affect vaginal health, such as thyroid disease, diabetes, or use of antibiotics within the past month
