Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Less than 10 days of age of either gender, greater than 34 weeks of gestational age 2. Echocardiographic finding according to operational definitions 3. New-borns with sign and symptoms of PPHN not related to any secondary cause

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. congenital heart diseases 2. pneumonia 3. active seizures 4. pneumothorax
