Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Community dwelling adults aged 65 years and older residing in Bangkok Thailand 2.Screened as having Physio Cognitive Decline Syndrome defined by coexisting mild cognitive impairment and physical performance decline 3.Able to ambulate with or without assistive devices 4.Able to participate in exercise training 5.Provided written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosis of dementia or major neurocognitive disorder 2.Severe cardiovascular pulmonary or musculoskeletal conditions limiting exercise participation 3.Unstable medical conditions 4.Severe psychiatric illness 5.Participation in other interventional studies
