Interventions

This arm focuses on reducing sedentary behavior throughs
1. Desk-based exercises
2. Pedometer-guided walking 3. Stretching protocols ,A structured dietary program including:1. Educational Workshops: 2 weekly sessions on healthy eating patterns and portion control.2. Food Label Lit
:1. Stress Reduction: Weekly sessions on relaxation techniques and mindful breathing
2. Self-Efficacy Building: Motivational interviewing to enhance the perception of health benefits and overcome barriers
3. Time Management: Strategies to balance workload with health-promoting activities,Participants in this arm serve as a baseline comparison group :1. Maintain their usual lifestyle and sedentary work
2. Do not receive any of the structured nurse-led interventions (Physical, Nutritional, or Psychological)
3.Are followed up for 12 months for data collection purposes only

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Administrative staff;2.Aged 25 to 60 yrs; 3. Currently sedentary lifestyle

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pre-existing severe cardiac conditions; 2. Pregnancy; 3. Physical inability to walk.

Health-Promoting Lifestyle Profile II (HPLP-II) Total Score Baseline, 6 months, and 12 months A self-reported questionnaire consisting of 52 items by 6 dimensions are;spiritual growth, health responsibility, physical activity, nutrition, interpersonal relations, and stress management,

MeasureTime frame
Objective Daily Step Count Baseline, 6 months, and 12 months Measured using a digital pedometer worn by participants during waking hours to track the average number of steps per day over a one-week period,Estimated Maximal Oxygen Consumption (VO2 max) Baseline and 12 months Rockport Fitness Walking Test (1-mile walk test). Formula includes time, heart rate, age, and body weight,Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS) and Lipid Profile (TC, TG) Baseline and 12 months Laboratory analysis of venous blood samples , after an 8 to 12 hour fast,Systolic Blood Pressure (SBP) and Body Mass Index (BMI) Baseline, 6 months, and 12 months SBP via automated sphygmomanometer; BMI via formula (weight in kg / height in m2)
