Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age equal or more than 65 years old 2. Patients who were diagnosed with Parkinsonism by neurologist, including idiopathic PD, atypical parkinsonian syndrome 3. Consent to participate the project

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Vital signs are unstable 2. Cognitive impairment 3. There are other neurological diseases that cause dysphagia, such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, brain tumors, cerebral palsy, severe dementia, motor neuron disease, or normal-pressure hydrocephalus. 4. There are other conditions related to the structures of the oral cavity and pharynx that cause dysphagia, such as thyroid surgery, vocal cord paralysis, head and neck cancer, or having a tracheostomy. 5. The patient has received medications or toxins that can cause parkinsonism
