18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Individuals between 4 and 6 weeks following primary unilateral ACLR 2) Aged between 18 to 50 years 3) Medically cleared by a clinician to walk without the crutches. 4) Patients with a pre-injury Tegner Activity Scale score ranging from level 4 (physically demanding activities, such as running at least twice per week) to level 10 (competitive sports participation).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of other knee ligament injuries that requiring surgical treatment 2) History of other lower extremity injuries within the previous 6 months 3) Presence of limb length inequality more than 2 cm 4) History of low back pain 5) Patients diagnosed with inflammatory joint disease or degenerative joint disorders. 6) Patients with medical comorbidities or postoperative complications for which exercise participation is not recommended by the treating physician.
