Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age > 50 years of age, 2. Patients who underwent UKA at KCMH, 3. Minimum Follow-up time of more than 1 year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lateral UKA, 2. Patients with serious concomitant medical illnesses that could significantly affect postoperative functional outcomes, (e.g., unstable angina or heart failure, chronic renal failure requiring dialysis, active malignancy), 3. Major neurological conditions (e.g., stroke with residual deficits, Parkinson disease), 4. Inability to communicate or unwilling to give informed consent
