| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Amount of tongue microbiome In the morning of first visit for baseline and after finish 7 days for each type of tongue cleaning device. 16s rRNA sequencing | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Tongue Strength At the first visits after collect tongue microbiome Using Iowa Oral Performance Instrument (IOPI) by place the air-filled tongue bulb on hard palate and press the bulb with maximum effort using the tongue. The pressure will be quantify as kilopascal.,Tongue Endurance At the first visits after collect tongue microbiome Using Iowa Oral Performance Instrument (IOPI) by place the air-filled tongue bulb on hard palate and press the bulb with 50% of maximum effort using the tongue.,Tongue Mobility At the first visits after collect tongue microbiome Using the Tongue Range of Motion Ratio (TRMR; %), calculated as the ratio of the interincisal distance during tongue-palate contact to the maximum interincisal mouth opening (MIO) | — |
