Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: participants attending the gynecology clinic will be recruited during the study period.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Women who have received hormonal medications affecting serum androgen levels, including anti-androgen drugs or oral contraceptive pills, within 3 months prior to study enrollment. Women currently taking antihypertensive medications. Women currently using lipid-lowering medications. Women currently taking insulin-sensitizing agents or glucose-lowering medications due to elevated blood glucose levels. Women diagnosed with hirsutism and/or insulin resistance due to other causes, including congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH), Cushing's syndrome, hypothyroidism, or adrenal gland tumors.
