Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.All blood samples submitted for automated hemoculture 2.Patients suspected of having bloodstream infections or sepsis 3.All clinical departments within Prapokklao Hospital 4.Hemoculture samples processed between January 2023 and December 2025
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Non blood clinical specimens 2.Sputum samples 3.Urine samples 4.Pus and wound swabs 5.Body fluid samples other than blood 6.Incomplete laboratory records
