Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age > 18 years 2 Single level thoracolumbar burst fracture 3 The Thoracolumbar Injury Classification and Severity (TLICS) score equal to 4 4 Fracture caused from high mechanism injury 5 Duration of follow up > 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Multiple levels thoracolumbar burst fracture 2 Prior thoracolumbar surgery 3 Present of neurological deficit
