Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants will be eligible for inclusion if they meet the following criteria 1. Willing to participate and provide informed consent and agree to follow all study procedures, 2. Able to read, write, and understand the Indonesian language adequately, 3. Pregnant women at 33 until 34 weeks of gestation who agree to be followed until 6 weeks postpartum, 4.No history of diagnosed psychiatric disorders or previous depression, 5. History of uncomplicated pregnancy and delivery, including absence of preeclampsia, placenta previa, dystocia, multiple pregnancy, gestational diabetes, or preterm birth, 6. No history of hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, parathyroid disorders, kidney disease, diabetes mellitus, or heart disease, 7. Living in the same household with their husband, 8. No history of physical domestic violence, 9. Actively enrolled in the national health insurance program (BPJS), 10. Attended at least four antenatal care visits during pregnancy or at least two visits during the third trimester, 11. Possession of a Maternal and Child Health (MCH) handbook.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants will be excluded if they meet any of the following criteria: 1. Mothers who experience stillbirth or neonatal death, 2. Mothers without a spouse (separated, widowed, or undergoing serious marital separation or significant domestic conflict).3. Unwillingness to participate or withdraw consent to participate in the study, 4. Unintended pregnancy, 5. Pregnancy outside of marriage, 6. Active smoking during pregnancy, 7. History of psychological trauma related to previous childbirth, 8. Pregnant women diagnosed with hypertension during pregnancy, 9. Pregnant women with proteinuria greater than 30 mgdL
