1.If Hypervolemia: Set net ultrafiltration (NUF) rate 1.5-1.75 mL/kg/h 2.If Euvolemia: Set NUF rate 1.0-1.5 mL/kg/h 3.Start NUF at 0.5 mL/kg/h and titrate up to target,1.If Hypervolemia: Target daily

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18 years old or older 2.Diagnosed with Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) KDIGO stage 2-3 3.Receiving CRRT within 24 hours of meeting indications (refractory hyperkalemia, severe metabolic acidosis, diuretic resistance fluid overload, uremic complications) 4.Informed consent provided

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Palliative care / DNR 2.Post-cardiac surgery 3.Burn injury 4.Severe dysnatremia (>155 or <120 mmol/L) 5.Active hemorrhage requiring blood transfusion 6.Moribund state (expected death within 24 hours) 7.Pregnancy 8.End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) on maintenance dialysis
