Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The study will include all children under 18 years of age with CP.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. They were diagnosed with other disease rather than CP or did not meet the definition of CP 2. The participant who previously participate in other institutions
