Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Female participants aged 18 - 45 years. 2) Regular menstrual cycles ranging from 21 to 35 days. 3) Presence of menstrual pain. 4) No history of hormonal therapy affecting the menstrual cycle within 6 months prior to study enrollment. 5) Provision of consent to undergo pelvic examination and/or ultrasonography as considered appropriate by the obstetrician-gynecologist for diagnostic evaluation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of underlying diseases, such as hematologic disorders (e.g., anemia or thalassemia), or other chronic illnesses that may affect blood circulation. 2. Unwillingness to provide informed consent or study-related information.
