Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with end-stage osteoarthritis of the knee over 50 years of age who underwent total knee replacement (TKR) surgery with patellar resurfacing at Phramongkutklao Hospital between May 1, 2024, and September 30, 2026 2. Informed consent provided
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous knee surgery 2. Prior patellar fracture 3. Patients who do not meet the criteria for patellar replacement surgery 4. Patellar thickness < 12 mm 5. Severe systemic disease contraindicating surgery 6. Patients with brain problems, communication difficulties, and schizophrenia may find it difficult for doctors to assess their pain and knee function. 7. Inability to complete follow-up
