Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged between 18 and 25 years old 2. normal body mass (BMI) index (range between 18.5 and 22.9 kg/m2) 3. have no visual impairments, or if any, they must be corrected by wearing glasses or contact lenses 4. have no history of neurological impairments

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. have history of surgery, fracture, or musculoskeletal impairments of lower extremities or back in the past 6 months 2. have one of the following symptoms or conditions that leads to potential health risks associated with VR using; cold or flu, open cuts or sore on the head and face, an empty stomach, eye strain, stress induced anxiety, or medical conditions (including epilepsy, motion sickness, vertigo, and migraines) 3. have history of cybersickness from VR using
