Interventions

The resilience enhancing program is grounded in Grotberg resilience paradigm 1. external supports and resources 2. inner personal strengths and 3. interpersonal and problem-solving skills. The primary
capacity to effectively navigate challenging life situations. The intervention consists of six 90-minute sessions conducted weekly over a period of six weeks.

Sex/Gender

Age
8 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Underprivileged female adolescents aged between 8 and 18 years. 2.Currently receiving care and support from the Sisters of the Good Shepherd Foundation (Thailand). 3. Absence of severe psychiatric disorders requiring continuous medical or pharmacological intervention. 4. Proficient in Thai language communication and comprehension.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with underlying medical conditions or other extraneous factors that may confound the assessment of depressive symptoms. 2. Inability to attend all scheduled program sessions.
