Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 20 to 70 years with a diagnosis of stroke, residing in Sa Kaeo Province; stroke duration of less than 1 year. 2. Absence of medical complications 3. Lower-limb motor power was more than Grade 1 (participants with Grade 1 required close caregiver supervision). 4. ADL level 2 to 4 (Level 2 required supervision). 5. Ability to understand Thai and provide informed consent (fingerprint permitted). 6. Access to a mobile phone.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Inability to attend scheduled activities. 2. Concurrent participation in another rehabilitation program. 3. Development of medical complications during the study period, or any other condition that interfered with completion of the study.
