Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) intending to breastfeed (2) without any obstetric or medical complications (3) having normal nipples (4) having not received breast milk stimulating medicines (5) healthy term newborns transferred to their mothers within 6-12 hours postpartum.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) having developing health complications (2) mothers and the newborns were separated (3) unable to attend this entire program (4) using any pumping equipment during study (5) uncontactable by phone.
