Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Being between the ages of 10 to 60 years. 2. Having been diagnosed with hemophilia A or B. 3. Having unilateral or bilateral arthropathy irrespective of the severity. 4. Impairing any joint ROM. 5. Having a patient's tendency to participate in the treatment program for at least 4 weeks, 3 times per week.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have received physiotherapy intervention in the last 2 months. 2. Having a serious orthopedic injury such as fracture in the last year. 3. Participation already in any sports or other therapeutic exercise programs. 4. Sever hemorrhage despite using clotting factors. 5. Any open wounds. 6. Finally, we will not encourage movement for those patients whose joints have permanent deformity or plastic changes due to disease, and this will be reported in the results.
