Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. age 18-65 years old 2.having active trigger point at upper trapezius muscle at least 1 area. 3.agree to participate in the program and am able to use a communication device (mobile phone) to receive follow-up updates.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Have a fear of needles 2.have a blood clotting disorder or taking anticoagulant medication 3.have an infection on the skin area that will be treated. 4.Have signs or symptoms that indicate cervical radiculopathy or myelopathy (disease of the spinal cord). 5. diagnosed with fibromyalgia according to the diagnostic criteria of the American College of Rheumatology (ACR). 6.received any injections, acupuncture, or other physical therapy treatments to your shoulder muscles within the past 3 months 7.pregnant or breastfeeding 8.Individuals with intellectual, cognitive, or psychiatric disabilities that prevent them from cooperating in answering questionnaires or following research procedures.
