Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Adult patients 2.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical status I - III 3.Patient undergoing elective open hepatectomy 4.Willing to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse informed consent 2. Prior liver surgery 3. Arrhythmia 4. Valvular heart disease 5. Peripheral vascular disease 6. Restrictive lung disease 7. Pulmonary hypertension 8. Intra-abdominal hypertension 9. Right side heart failure 10. Anatomical abnormalities of thoracic aorta 11. External pacemaker / Internal pacemaker 12. Pleural effusion 13. Pericardial effusion / Cardiac tamponade
