Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age at least 18 years 2.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification II or III 3. Term pregnancy (gestational age [GA] at least 37 weeks) 4. Obesity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Cerebrovascular disease, complicated pregnancy (abruptio placenta and placenta previa totalis), or fetal abnormalities 2.ther drugs administration except spinal bupivacaine and morphine administration after SA and before baby delivery.
