Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Anesthesia resident in training at King Chulalongkorn memorial hospital
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Anesthesia resident who refuse to be included in the project. 2. Anesthesia who cannot attend the workshop.
