Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. receiving thrice-weekly HD at Srinagarind Hospital for more than 3 months 2. adequate HD (spKt/V > 1.2 per session) for a minimum of three months 3. using an arteriovenous fistula or graft (AVF or AVG) as vascular access 4. proficient in communicating and completing questionnaires in the Thai language
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnancy 2. contraindications to Ol-HDF 3. history of severe dialyzer allergy 4. advanced stage cancer or cardiovascular disease 5. severe comorbidities with an expected survival of less than one year 6. recent severe infection or hospitalization within the previous three months 7. inability to complete the QoL assessments.
