Interventions

A 12 week community program based on the Behaviour Change Wheel and COM B model. Delivered in group sessions at community elderly clubs by trained facilitators using a standard manual. Components incl
supervised progressive quadriceps strengthening with graded progression
home environment assessment with practical modification advice
peer support sessions every two weeks to support adherence
and individual goal setting plus self monitoring tools. Fidelity is monitored using facilitator checklists, attendance logs and adherence records.,Participants received usual care available at communi

60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adults aged 60 years or older 2.Clinically diagnosed mild to moderate primary knee osteoarthritis 3.Able to ambulate independently with or without assistive devices 4. Able to participate in light to moderate exercise 5.Able to communicate in Thai 6.Provided written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous knee replacement surgery 2.Inflammatory arthritis 3.Acute knee inflammation or acute injury 4.Severe comorbid conditions limiting exercise participation 5.Severe cardiovascular or neurological disorders affecting mobility 6.Significant cognitive impairment 7.Participation in another structured knee rehabilitation program during the study period
