Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. volunteers with forward head posture 2. aged 18 to 45 years 3. a craniovertebral angle of less than 49 degree
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of spinal manipulative therapy. 2. History of spinal fracture, spinal surgery, and/or spinal trauma within the past 3 years (e.g., whiplash injury). 3. Presence of neurological signs and symptoms, including motor weakness, sensory changes, autonomic dysfunction, or loss of sensation. 4. Physician-diagnosed conditions including: Osteoporosis, Osteomyelitis, Spinal infection, Spondylolisthesis, Rheumatoid arthritis, Spondylolysis, Liver, lung, or gallbladder disease, Malignancy and/or gout, Ankylosing spondylitis, Joint instability or spinal hypermobility and any other condition that could affect physical assessment or intervention. 5. Pregnancy or planning to become pregnant within 12 months. 6. Inability to read and understand Thai
