Older adults with coronary artery disease who have undergone percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) are at risk of inadequate health literacy and suboptimal health-related behaviors, including medication non-adherence, unhealthy dietary practices, insufficient physical activity, and poor self-care management. Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria are as follows: older adults of both males and females, with no visual impairment, able to communicate and understand Thai, able to use the LINE application, and willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria include a diagnosis of dementia, depression, substance abuse, or chronic alcohol dependence.
