Attention difficulties in children significantly affect academic performance and behavior and are closely related to ADHD, one of the most common childhood neurodevelopmental disorders. Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children in Grade 7 (academic year of 2025) 2. Studying in Amnuay Silpa School 3. Ability to understand Thai language
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children who have participated in a mindfulness training program within the past 6 months. 2. Children with ADHD who are being treated with medication, as reported by parents. 3. Attendance of less than 16 sessions (less than 80%), with attendance defined as more than or equal to 8 minutes per session.
