Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Male patients aged 50 -99 years. 2.Patients diagnosed with a hip fracture and admitted for treatment in the Male Orthopedic Ward, Department of Orthopedics, Prapokklao Hospital. 3.Communication: Ability to communicate in Thai, with information verified through interviews with relatives. 4.Informed Consent: Patients who voluntarily agree to participate in the study and provide consent via signature, verbal agreement, or non-verbal gesture (e.g., nodding).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with unstable vital signs or in critical condition. 2.Patients with a history of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) or pulmonary embolism (PE). 3. Patients who are transferred to another hospital during the study period.
